Key Performance Objectives
1. Executing sales plans to deliver new and organic growth that meet annual sales goals.
2. Delivering superior customer service and support across industry segments that results in industry customer satisfaction.
3. Developing market and industry analysis specific to the business unit in order to drive annual goal planning that meets our strategic and financial objectives.
4. Developing creative customer and market strategies that drive awareness, engagement and demand generation.
5. Consulting on the development and implementation of inventory management decisions to ensure continuous product supply to support all business unit customers and market fluctuations while optimizing our working capital.
Note: Ten percent of time is reserved for ancillary responsibilities, interruptions and unplanned events.
